      Disney Rewards is a program where Disney® Visa® Credit Cardmembers and Disney® Premier Visa® Credit Cardmembers have access to enjoy Disney Rewards. Cardmembers have access to year-round perks such as discounts on select Disney products and experiences and can earn Disney Rewards Dollars to redeem toward Disney products and experiences.¹² The Disney Visa Credit Card and Disney Premier Visa Credit Card are issued by JPMorgan Chase, N.A. Member FDIC.

    • Is Disney Movie Insiders (formerly known as Disney Movie Rewards) the same as Disney Rewards?

      They are not the same.       Disney® Visa® Cardmembers earn Disney Rewards Dollars when making purchases with their Disney® Visa® Credit Card and Disney® Premier Visa® Credit Card. Cardmembers can redeem Rewards Dollars toward Disney experiences in the U.S. such as Disney Park tickets, Resort stays, shopping, dining, movie tickets and more.¹² Cardmembers also have access to year-round perks.

    • Is there any benefit to logging in to the DisneyRewards.com website?

      Yes! If you are a Disney® Visa® Cardmember, you can log in to DisneyRewards.com with your MyDisney account to check your Disney Rewards Dollars balance, manage your Disney Rewards Dollars and view your transaction history by linking your Chase.com accounts.

      You must log in separately at Chase.com to see your credit card account information, such as your outstanding balance or payment history.

    • How do I log in to the DisneyRewards.com website?

      Click “Log in” in the navigation from anywhere on the site to visit the Manage Account page. From there, click “Log in/Link” and enter your MyDisney email address and password. If you’ve created an account on other services and experiences across The Walt Disney Family of Companies such as Disney+, Walt Disney World, ESPN and more, you can use the same login for Disney Rewards when linking your Chase.com account.

      If you don’t have a MyDisney account, then you can set up a new one by clicking on the “Log in / Link” button on the Manage Account page.

      Please note that you must have an existing Chase.com username and password set up at Chase.com, which you must link with Disney Rewards to see your Rewards Dollars balance on DisneyRewards.com.

      To take advantage of promotional APR financing of 0% for 6 months from the date of purchase on select Disney vacation packages, Disney cruises, Adventures by Disney® packages, AULANI, A Disney Resort & Spa vacation packages and National Geographic Expeditions, use your Disney® Visa® Card to book through the Walt Disney Travel Company, online at Disney sites or through other eligible travel agents or sites.       Your contactless Disney® Visa® Credit Card is a chip card that has a near-field communication (NFC) antenna, enabling close-range payments.

    • How do I know if my Disney® Visa® Card is a contactless-enabled card?

      Look for the Contactless Indicator on your card to know if your card has the technology to make contactless payments.

    • How can I request a contactless card?

      If you are looking for a contactless card, you can request a new card.

    • How to use your contactless Disney® Visa® Credit Card?

      Find the Contactless Symbol at checkout and simply tap your contactless Disney Visa Credit Card on the checkout terminal. Once you see or hear the payment confirmation, your payment process is complete.

    • Can I use my Disney® Visa® Credit Card even if I don’t see the Contactless Symbol?

      Yes. If you don’t see the Contactless Symbol, you can still use your contactless Disney Visa Credit Card at a checkout terminal by either inserting your card or swiping your card, depending on the terminal.

    • How can I get a different card design than the one I currently have?

      You can change your Disney® Visa® Card design anytime, at no cost, as often as you’d like. When you’re ready to change your card design, visit Chase.com or call 1-800-300-8575. See all available card designs now.⁴

      Selection of a new card design does not automatically deactivate your previous card. Your previous card remains activated upon the selection of a new card design, until the expiration date, unless otherwise requested by you to Chase.

    • Can I have a different Disney® Visa® Card design than authorized users on my account?

      Yes. Each authorized user can carry a unique card design at no extra charge. To switch to a new card design or add an authorized user, visit Chase.com or call 1-800-300-8575.⁴⁵

    • If I use my Disney® Visa® Card outside the U.S., do I have to pay any foreign transaction fees?

      Foreign transaction fees are 3% of the amount of each transaction in U.S. dollars.
