PeopleSoft Developer(s)
Onsite for two (2) days per week at 189 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401.
Remote for three (3) days per week at a suitable off-site location selected by the Offeror/Offeror proposed resource.
- PeopleSoft Developer includes the following resources:
- Senior Developer – HCM/FSCM
- Developer – HCM
- Developer – FSCM
- Scope of Work
- Identify and troubleshoot bug fixes, defects, configuration issues.
- Provide knowledge and recommendations on PeopleSoft technical issues.
- Works with Functional Analysts in design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of Peoplesoft customizations.
- Code and unit tests PeopleSoft customizations.
- Migrate projects/objects from development to test.
- Prepare production migration requests with all supporting information for move to production environment.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, as determined by the AOC.
- Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
- Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
- Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities
- Five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
- Five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
- Experience with the following:
i PeopleSoft upgrades and testing.
ii PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
- Expert level knowledge of the following:
i SDLC methodology and processes.
ii SQL.
iii Oracle 19C databases.
iv REST-based web servers.
v App Designer.
vi SQR.
vii AWE.
viii PeopleCode.
- Ability to provide expert customer service.
