No Gain No Love is a high-rated drama series based on a unique and highly emotional story about highly independent people, developed with a traditional element of romance.
Before this series, which made him a star, Kim also had strong supporting part in Extraordinary You and amazing role in The Penthouse.
These two series presented him as a truly talented actor and a very charming and sweet man, based in the countryside.
Nonetheless, fans of the rising star may have wondered and may not know the following facts about their favorite actor.

His career in the entertainment industry began in South Korea while Kim was taking a break from gaining an education in China, thanks to his uncle. In an Interview with WKorea, he said that his uncle took Kim to an agency master to whom the future actor was very skeptical at first. But in order to convince his parents, Kim said they only took two years from their studies to practice acting a little. And he became, as it became clear, an excellent actor.
He performed his own stunt in Extraordinary You
As per OSEN, Kim showcased his dedication to acting in Extraordinary You. Though a stunt double was available, he volunteered to be thrown into the pool without any scuba gear. Harry Potter 's In Search of Freedom director offered the young actor to play two more episodes.
He Played His Most Negative Role to date in The Penthouse
In The Penthouse, Kim played Joo Seok-hoon, a cold and domineering character. The experience was difficult for Kim to perform because he really did not want to embody Seok-hoon's negative traits and face the consequences of his actions in the series.
